The Himalaya Home Care (HCC) Call Center project had the goal of controlling the COVID-19 disease transmission and treatment of home-isolated patients. COVID-19 positive patients were supported at home by counseling and treatment for mild cases. The target audience was poor, marginalized, remote, and vulnerable populations from the mountainous terrain of Nepal.
