In 2014, I became the Program Coordinator for a new initiative, Diabetes, Obesity, and Team Science (DOTS), focused on increasing collaboration across behavioral and clinical researchers. I was responsible for overall operations of the research group as well as conducting regular qualitative interviews with Principal Investigators on the process of moving towards collaboration and translational science outputs. I was tasked with building a brand for the research group to grow its footing and impact across the university.
