A PDF really? I couldn’t believe that the State of Michigan chose to provide ballot drop box information in a massive PDF. It seemed entirely contrary to the mission of putting ballot drop boxes in communities altogether.
I quickly used Tablua to extract the data from the PDF tables, threw the spreadsheet on Google Sheets, and brought the data into Google Data Studio to make it easy for anyone to sort and search for their nearest ballot drop box.
